ITEBO GmbH intends to tender and award a web-based software solution for Security Awareness and Phishing Simulation, delivered as a SaaS model. Because cyber attacks are becoming ever more sophisticated, there is a growing need for practical and continuous training of employees in public administrations. The contract takes the form of a framework agreement covering provision of the software for the shareholders of ITEBO GmbH. The framework agreement can be used by ITEBO GmbH itself and by all its shareholders; ITEBO GmbH calls off the required services from the framework agreement as needed, coordinates them and handles invoicing with the respective shareholders. German-language support is required throughout the entire 48-month term.
