1.1 Ausgangssituation Die Neuruppiner Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mbH sucht ein neues ERP-System für die ganzheitliche Bewirtschaftung der rund 5.000 eigenen Wirtschaftseinheiten. Es soll sich dabei um ein Standardsoftwareprodukt für die Wohnungswirtschaft handeln. Die Mieteinheiten befinden sich alle in der Fontanestadt Neuruppin. Unser Unternehmen hat aktuell 55 Mitarbeiter. Die Anzahl der Mitarbeiter ist Tendenz steigend, es wird langfristig mit maximal 100 Mitarbeitern gerechnet. Aktuell nutzt die Gesellschaft das ERP-System Wowinex. 1.2 Zielsetzung der Ausschreibung Ziel ist die Einführung einer zukunftsfähigen, integrierten ERP-Standardsoftwarelösung für die Wohnungswirtschaft. Eine leistungsfähige Systemplattform soll sämtliche zentralen Ge-schäftsprozesse - insbesondere in den Bereichen Bestandsverwaltung, Vermietung, Rechnungswesen, Betriebskostenabrechnung, Instandhaltung, Vertragsmanagement sowie Reporting - effizient unterstützen und möglichst medienbruchfrei abbilden. Die zentrale ERP-Plattform soll die Integration von Fachlösungen zulassen, eine moderne Benutzeroberfläche bieten und eine mobile Nutzung ermöglichen. 1.3 Projektziele Die Neuruppiner Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mbH möchte mit diesem Projekt die Zukunftssicherheit gewährleisten, Effizienzsteigerungen erreichen und Prozessabläufe optimieren. Nebenangebot Bei der Angebotsabgabe sollen die Ergänzenden Vertragsbedingungen für Cloudleistungen, der Kriterienkatalog für Cloudleistungen und die Anlage zur Einbeziehung von auftragnehmer-seitigen AGB mitberücksichtigt werden. Das Angebot sowie die Kommunikation müssen in deutscher Sprache verfasst werden.
