"Lieferung, Implementierung, Wartung, Service und Support sowie Weiterentwicklung eines Notruf- und Informationssystems (NISYS)" Das zu erstellende Gesamtsystem ist ein Notruf- und Informationssystems (NISYS). Der Auftraggeber betreibt seit 1996 ein Notruf- und Informationssystem (NISYS) in der U-Bahn in Berlin, um eine personalfreie Zugabfertigung zu ermöglichen. Die Verfügbarkeit eines solchen Systems ist gem. § 23 BOStrab ("Nachrichtentechnische Anlagen") Voraussetzung für die Betriebserlaubnis durch die Technische Aufsichtsbehörde (TAB). Ein vollständiger oder teilweiser Ausfall des Systems gefährdet den Betrieb der betroffenen Bahnhöfe und kann zu einer Einstellung des U-Bahnverkehrs führen. Daher muss das System hoch verfügbar sein und müssen Fehler zuverlässig innerhalb sehr kurzer Fristen behoben werden. Das zu erstellende Gesamtsystem soll das derzeit beim Auftraggeber eingesetzte System ersetzen. Das System besteht aus einem Videomanagementsystem, einem Ereignismanagementsystem und einem elektronischen Wachbuch. Die Leistung umfasst aber auch alle Aufgaben eines Generalunternehmers, um das System auch in die vorhandene Struktur einzubinden oder andere vorhandene Module wie ein Kommunikationsmanagementsystem anzubinden. Im zu erstellenden Gesamtsystem werden u.a. örtlich getrennte Leitstellen aus verschiedenen Unternehmensbereichen mit neuen Bedien- und Anzeigeplätzen inkl. Peripherie, z.B. Monitore, und KVM-Übertragungstechniken sowie zugehörigen Softwarekomponenten ausgestattet. Hierzu ist, in Abhängigkeit des Unternehmensbereiches und des jeweiligen Aufgabenumfangs, von in Summe ca. 50 Leitstellenplätze sowie ca. 60 Sachgebietsrechnern auszugehen. Aus Sicht der Feldebene sind ca. 8.000 Kameras zu integrieren, wobei davon ca. 1.000 analoge Kameras und weiterhin ca. 500 Kontakte auf 190 Bahnhöfen zu digitalisieren sind. Die Leistungen zur Erstellung des Gesamtsystems bilden eine sachliche, wirtschaftliche und rechtliche Einheit. Für den Auftraggeber ist von vertragswesentlicher Bedeutung, dass der Auftragnehmer die in diesem Vertrag vereinbarte Funktionalität des Gesamtsystems herstellt und alle dafür erforderlichen Schritte vornimmt. Der Auftragnehmer ist verantwortlicher Generalunternehmer für die Erstellung des Gesamtsystems und haftet für die Leistungen seiner Subunternehmer wie für seine eigenen Leistungen. Als optionale Leistung kann bis Ende Vertragslaufzeit folgende Leistung gezogen werden: - Option 1: Service- und Wartungsleistung (Verlängerungsoption um jeweils 1 Jahr/ max. 2 Jahre) Darüber hinaus wird eine Rahmenvereinbarung mit jeweiliger Maximalabnahmemengen geschlossen: - RV1 -Applikationsmodul VMS-7 (WEB-Client) ) max. 10 Stück - RV2 - Applikationsmodul VMS-8 (Mobile VMS-Client) max. 152 Stück - RV 3 - Applikationssoftware EMS-4 (SIS-Funktionsumfang) max. 18 Stück - RV 4 - Applikationssoftware EMS-5 (SIS-Funktionsumfang) max. 13 Stück - RV 5 - Nachschulung max. 50 Manntage - RV 6 - Weiterentwicklung Hardware und Software max. 150 Manntage - RV 7 - Werk- und Montageplanung für elektrotechnische Arbeiten max. 40 Manntage Für das Ersatzteilpaket 2 geben wir einen Rahmenvertragshöchstwert von 350.000 EUR an. Es können so lange die einzelnen Harware Komponenten abgerufen werden, bis der Wert erschöpft ist.
