rku.it GmbH hat im Zuge der weiteren Geschäftsentwicklung ein Business Model "Canvas" im Umfeld des digitalen Zwillings erarbeitet. Hieraus wurde als Use-Case die zukunftsfähige Abbildung der Verteilnetzdaten Strom auf Ebene der Niederspannung abgeleitet. Die sich darauf beziehenden regulatorischen Vorgaben sind, gemäß §14a EnWG (Steuerbare Verbrauchseinrichtungen) und § 9 EEG 2023 (Technische Vorgaben), umzusetzen. Hierzu sind die notwendigen Informationen aus GIS-Daten, Elektrischen Netzmodellen und weiterer Stammdaten zu erfassen. In der Folge sind diese zusammenzuführen, zu Plausibilisieren und als digitaler Zwilling in der Software abzubilden. Das Dimmen der steuerbaren Verbrauchseinrichtungen, das Einspeisemanagement von EEG- und KWK-Anlagen ist ebenso zu ermöglichen. Im Rahmen eines Vorprojektes wurden allgemeine Arbeitsschritte zur vollständigen Digitalisierung der Niederspannungsnetze einzelner Verteilnetzbetreiber (VNB) abgeleitet und durch eine Lastflussanalyse überprüft. Basierend auf dieser Datenbasis wurden verschiedene Hotspot-Analysen durchgeführt. Die rku.it sucht für seine Verteilnetzbetreiber-Kunden (VNB) im Kontext des Aufbaus eines digitalen Zwillings für den Bereich der Verteilnetzdaten Strom nach einem Dienstleister, welcher in einem ersten Schritt die technischen Rahmenbedingungen nach §14a EnWG und § 9 EEG 2023 bieten kann.
