Description

Befristete Bereitstellung inklusive Nutzungsrechte, Provisionierung, Hosting und Betrieb einer CAFM-Software als Cloud-Service (Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)) inkl. Pflege- und Supportdienstleistung, Exit-Leistungen, Reportingpflichten, Erstellung Konzepte Kernziel der CAFM-Software-Beschaffung ist die befristete Bereitstellung einer CAFM-Software als Cloud-Service (Software-as-a-Service, SaaS) inklusive: o Nutzungsrechte o Provisionierung (Bereitstellung) o Hosting und Betrieb o Bereitstellung von Pflege- und Supportdienstleistungen o Exit-Leistungen bei Vertragsbeendigung o Sicherstellung der Reportingpflichten gegenüber der BA o Erstellung von Konzepten / Dokumentationen Die CAFM-Software soll bei der Steuerung, Überwachung und Dokumentation sämtlicher Facility-Management-Prozesse unterstützen. Ziel ist es, durch den Einsatz einer modernen CAFM-Software Transparenz zu schaffen, Prozesse zu standardisieren und zu automatisieren sowie die Effizienz in der Bewirtschaftung von Gebäuden, Anlagen und Flächen zu erhöhen. Dabei ist zu berücksichtigen, dass neben den BA-Mitarbeitern auch externe Planer / Architekten / Rahmenvertragspartner (z.B. Reinigungsdienstleister) auf die Systeme zugreifen. Die CAFM-Standardsoftware muss insbesondere die nachfolgenden Geschäftsfähigkeiten des Infrastrukturmanagements nach dem GEFMA-Standard (German Facility Management Association e.V.) als standardisierte Cloudlösung (Software-as-a-Service) abbilden können und primär mittels Konfiguration auf die Bedürfnisse der BA anpassbar sein, welche Folgendes beinhalten: • Planung und Steuerung • Bauprojektmanagement • Mietmanagement • Gebäudemanagement • Arbeitsplatzmanagement Die auszuschreibende Software muss in die bestehende Softwarelandschaft der BA integrierbar sein, im Kern muss daher die Schnittstellenfähigkeit der standardisierten Cloudlösung zu SAP (u.a. S/4HANA Immobilienmanagement-Modul), ServiceNow und anderen Verfahren über standardisierte Schnittstellen gegeben sein. Nähere Einzelheiten können der Leistungsbeschreibung entnommen werden.
