Description

Der BLB NRW setzt auf Building Information Modeling (BIM) als modellbasierte, digitale und interdisziplinäre Arbeitsmethode. Die Anlagen der BIM-Richtlinie des BLB NRW definieren die zur Anwendung und Umsetzung der BIM-Methode notwendigen Anforderungen und dient Auftragnehmern in Planung, Ausführung, Betrieb und Übergabe von BIM-Projekten als Lastenheft. Der BLB NRW nutzt die Projektergebnisse der Auftragnehmer zum Erreichen der in der Zielsetzung beschriebenen BIM-Ziele. Dazu nimmt der BLB NRW aktiv am modellbasierten Kollaborationsprozess teil. Weitere Details sind der Anlage 1 Leistungsbeschreibung zu entnehmen. Die funktionalen und technischen Anforderungen sind der Anlage 1 Leistungsbeschreibung zu entnehmen. Für das Beschaffungsvorhaben werden 37 Multi-User Lizenzen inkl. Pflege und Mitarbeiterschulungen benötigt.
