Description

Zur digitalen Dokumentation und Bearbeitung von widerrechtlich abgestellten Fahrzeugen auf Fahrsonderstreifen des ÖPNV beabsichtigt der Bereich BSI die Fortführung des derzeitigen Lösungsansatzes mittels mobiler Endgeräte und der Beauftragung eines Hintergrundsystems zur Datenerfssung und -verarbeitung. Durch die Beauftragung des Vorhabens können die Aufwände bei den Beschäftigten weiterhin reduziert sowie die Prozesse stark optimiert werden. Die derzeitig im Einsatz befindlichen MDE-Geräte wurden 2021/2022 angeschafft und sollen 2027 durch neue Geräte ersetzt werden. Der derzeitige Rahmenvertrag mit Fa. SCHWEERS endet zum 31.12.2025, odass ein neuer Vertrag zum 01.01.2026 geschlossen werden muss. Bei der Nicht-Durchführung des Vorhabens müssen sämtliche digitale Prozesse und Abläufe, sowie die Zusammenarbeit mit den Behörden, die bisher implementiert sind, grundlegend analog abgebildet werden. Die Folgen sind im Umfang und Kosten nicht absehbar, ebenso wie ein Verlust des Ansehens bei den Behörden im Rahmen der ausgeprägten und digitalen Zusammenarbbeit. Auch kommt es zu einer starken Verminnderung der Prozessgeschwindigkeit.
