Description

Die BWI erwägt einen Rahmenvertrag mit einem Wirtschaftsteilnehmer über die zeitlich befristete Überlassung (Subskription) von Software für eine No-Code-Datenbank sowie deren Pflege, Support und die Erbringung von weiteren softwarenahen Vertragsleistungen (Implementierungsleistungen (Produktbefähigung), Customizing und Nutzer-Schulungsleistungen) im Wege eines Offenes Verfahren gem. § 14 Abs. 2 VgV abzuschließen. Der Vertrag wird mit einer Laufzeit von maximal vier Jahren abgeschlossen. Durch intuitive, benutzerfreundliche Oberflächen sollen die No-Code-Datenbanken schnelle Anpassungen an dynamische Lageveränderungen ermöglichen, ohne auf Programmierkenntnisse angewiesen zu sein.
