Bereitstellung und Implementierung eines HR-Softwarepakets Das Klinikum Fürth ist ein Akademisches Lehrkrankenhaus der Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg. Als selbstständiges Kommunalunternehmen (Anstalt des öffentlichen Rechts) stellt es aktuell 771 stationäre Planbetten bereit. Zusätzlich verfügt es über 36 Betten im Bereich Geriatrische Rehabilitation (nach § 111 SGB V). Das Klinikum Fürth ist ein Krankenhaus der Schwerpunktversorgung mit der höchsten Versorgungsstufe, Notfallversorgungsstufe 3. Jährlich werden ca. 42.000 stationäre Patienten und ca. 58.000 ambulante Patienten im mittleren Alter von 57 Jahren behandelt. Das Klinikum Fürth steht im Bereich der digitalen Transformation des Personalmanagements vor erheblichen Herausforderungen. Insbesondere vor dem Hintergrund der laufenden Krankenhausreform, die maßgeblich auf die Finanzierung personeller Strukturen abzielt, ist es zwingend erforderlich, personalwirtschaftliche Prozesse, Qualifikationen und relevante Daten strukturiert und digital in einem System abzubilden. Eine moderne, datengestützte HR-Systemarchitektur ist zudem Grundvoraussetzung für eine leistungsfähige Arbeitgeberorganisation, die Personalprozesse effizient steuert, strategische Entscheidungen unterstützt und eine verlässliche Grundlage für zukünftige Personal- und Ressourcenplanung schafft. Ziel des Vergabeverfahrens ist die Einführung eines modernen, integrierten Personalmanagementsystems (PMS) als zentrales Personalinformationssystem für das gesamte Klinikum Fürth. Dieses soll u.a. folgende Elemente umfassen: - eine digitale Personalakte - ein strukturiertes Dokumenten- und Qualifikationsmanagement - eine transprarente und aktuelle Stellenplanverwaltung - Employee Self Service (ESS) und Management Self Service (MSS) zur Entlastung der HR-Abteilung - automatisierte Workflows für zentrale HR-Prozesse. Details ergeben sich aus dem Anforderungskatalog, der Bestandteil der Unterlagen für den Teilnahmewettbewerb ist.
