Für die Facility-Management-Leistungen des Medizinischen Dienstes Baden-Württemberg soll ein CAFM-System eingeführt werden, das die effiziente Verwaltung und Steuerung aller relevanten Prozesse unterstützt. Der Medizinische Dienst Baden-Württemberg betreibt rund 20 Standorte, die überwiegend als Mietobjekte genutzt werden und unterschiedliche Zuständigkeiten in der Bewirtschaftung aufweisen. Die Facility-Management-Leistungen werden zentral in der Hauptverwaltung durch ein Team von etwa zehn Mitarbeitenden erbracht. Zusätzlich sind je Standort verantwortliche Personen definiert, die standortbezogene Aufgaben und Zuständigkeiten innerhalb des Medizinischen Dienstes Baden-Württemberg wahrnehmen.
