Description

Das Land Baden-​Würt­tem­berg hat das Ziel, Fahr­gast­zähl­da­ten für das gesamte Land zu erhal­ten. Gemäß ÖPNV-​Gesetz des Lan­des BW und dazu gehö­ri­ger Rechts­ver­ord­nung (ÖPNV-​VO §5(6)) erge­ben sich ab 2025 ein­zu­hal­tende Anfor­de­run­gen bezüg­lich der lan­des­weit ein­heit­li­chen Erhe­bung der Fahr­gast­nach­frage. Hier­bei wird gefor­dert, dass Daten zur Fahr­gast­nach­frage lan­des­weit in ver­gleich­ba­rer Daten­qua­li­tät vor­lie­gen und der Anlage 5 zur ÖPNV-​VO ent­spre­chen müs­sen. In Form des Anfor­de­rungs­ka­ta­log „auto­ma­ti­sche Fahr­gast­zäh­lung“ (Inkraft­tre­ten am 12.05.2023) wur­den die Vor­ga­ben der ÖPNV-​VO ver­öf­fent­licht. Sie zie­len auf die mit­tels tech­ni­scher Sen­so­ren und Über­tra­gungs­tech­nik auto­ma­ti­sierte Fahr­gast­zäh­lung, das soge­nannte auto­ma­ti­sche Fahr­gast­zähl­sys­tem (AFZS) ab. Nach Bewer­tung der Anfor­de­run­gen ergibt sich für die rnv GmbH Hand­lungs­be­darf, um die ein­ge­setz­ten Sys­teme an den gefor­der­ten Stan­dard anzu­pas­sen. Das bei der rnv GmbH ein­setzte Hin­ter­grund­sys­tem der Firma maBinso GmbH muss - zur Erfül­lung der Anfor­de­run­gen aus dem Anfor­de­rungs­ka­ta­log zum lan­des­wei­ten AFZS - ange­passt wer­den. Betrof­fen sind die ver­schie­de­nen Kom­po­nen­ten zur Daten­über­nahme und Daten­aus­gabe (Schnitt­stel­len für den Import und Export), zur Hoch­rech­nung sowie zu all­ge­mei­nen Aus­wer­tun­gen zu Ein- und Aus­stei­gern im Sys­tem. Bei allen Ände­run­gen han­delt es sich um Anpas­sun­gen im bestehen­den Sys­tem.
