Für alle gilt: - Jeder Server soll vollständig zusammengebaut geliefert werden. - Die aktuellste BIOS Version soll auf den Servern installiert sein. - Bewährte Updates aller Komponenten der Server sollen durchgeführt worden sein. Gewährleistung: - Die gesetzliche Gewährleistung für alle Produkte dieser Ausschreibung beträgt 2 Jahre. Sofern eine längere Herstellergarantie gewährt wird, gilt diese. Gefordert wird Collect and Return, next business day. Das heißt, Supportanfragen bezüglich defekter Hardware müssen spätestens am nächsten Werktag bearbeitet werden, so dass Rücksendungen zum Austausch defekter Hardware spätestens am Folgetag der Bearbeitung erfolgen können. Vorab Teileaustausch muss gewährleistet werden, die Transportkosten trägt der Anbieter. Bemerkungen: - Es wird beabsichtigt, den beigefügten Kaufvertrag vor Zuschlagserteilung mit dem Bestbieter zu schließen. Optionaler Kauf: - Die Universität Münster behält sich vor, max. 8 weitere Systeme lt. Leistungsbeschreibung optional dazu zu kaufen.
