Das Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin für Materialien und Energie GmbH (HZB) ist eine Forschungseinrichtung mit rund 1.500 Beschäftigten an zwei Standorten - Berlin-Wannsee und Berlin-Adlershof. Am Forschungszentrum arbeiten Beschäftigte aus unterschiedlichen Ländern und mit vielfältigen beruflichen Hintergründen zusammen. Je nach Einsatzbereich und Tätigkeitsfeld sind einige bereits seit vielen Jahren Teil des Zentrums, während andere nur für begrenzte Zeiträume tätig sind. Diese Vielfalt an Erfahrungen, Perspektiven und Laufbahnen prägt das Arbeitsumfeld und trägt wesentlich zur Innovationskraft des Zentrums bei. Das Zentrum beabsichtigt, einen Pool qualifizierter Trainer*innen einzurichten, die bedarfsorientiert Maßnahmen der Personal- und Kompetenzentwicklung für wissenschaftliches, administratives und technisches Personal durchführen. Ziel ist es, die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung aller Beschäftigtengruppen zu fördern und zu einer nachhaltigen, lernorientierten Organisationskultur beizutragen. Dem HZB ist es wichtig, dass Weiterbildung von Menschen gestaltet wird, die mit unterschiedlichen Erfahrungen, Sprachen, Denkweisen und Lebensrealitäten vertraut sind. Vielfalt in Perspektiven und Erfahrungen trägt für das HZB wesentlich zu inklusiven und praxisnahen Trainingsangeboten bei. Wir laden ausdrücklich Trainer*innen mit unterschiedlichen kulturellen Hintergründen, beruflichen Erfahrungen und Lebensläufen ein, sich an der Ausschreibung zu unseren Weiterbildungsangeboten zu beteiligen. Der Auftrag beinhaltet die Entwicklung überfachlicher Kompetenzen für Wissenschaftler*innen in einer frühen Karrierephase, Führungskräften im Allgemeinen sowie allen Mitarbeitenden des HZB. Die Trainingsangebote unterstützen die Beschäftigten in der erfolgreichen Ausübung ihrer Tätigkeit, wirksamen Führung und einem wertschätzenden Miteinander. Um solche Maßnahmen in gleichbleibender Qualität und Regelmäßigkeit durchführen zu können, soll ein Trainer*innen-Pool eingerichtet werden. In diesen Pool werden geeignete und leistungsfähige Auftragnehmer*innen aufgenommen, die bei Bedarf hinsichtlich der Durchführung einer Trainingsmaßnahme seitens des HZBs kontaktiert werden. Ein festes Kontingent wird nicht vereinbart. Von den Trainer*innen wird erwartet, dass sie Trainingsmethoden anwenden, die unterschiedliche Zielgruppen und Lernstile ansprechen, auf die spezifischen Anforderungen des wissenschaftlichen, administrativen und technischen Personals eingehen, und ein wertschätzendes, offenes Lernklima fördern, das die Vielfalt der Beschäftigten berücksichtigt. Geschätztes Auftragsvolumen über 4 Jahre beträgt ca. 250.000 EUR. Die Auftraggeberin geht von einem jährlichen Bedarf von ca. 30-40 Trainingsveranstaltungen, mit einem Umfang von 35-50 Trainingstagen aus, die sich auf die verschiedenen Mitarbeiter*innengruppen des HZB verteilen. Die angegebene Anzahl stellt den auftraggeberspezifischen Bedarf der letzten Jahre dar.
