Description

Gegenstand der Vergabemaßnahme ist es, geeignete externe Referenten und Referentin-nen mit ausgeprägten sozial-kommunikativen Kompetenzen für die stattfindenden BGHM-Seminare unter dem Oberbegriff „Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz“ zu finden. Jedes Seminar wird von zwei Personen durchgeführt. Der Referent 1 ist Beschäftigte/er der Auftraggeberin und verantwortet die Seminarleitung. Der Referent 2 fungiert als Co-Referent, diese Leistung ist Gegenstand der Ausschreibung und durch den Bieter anzubieten. Es wird davon ausgegangen, dass jährlich ca. 343 Veranstaltungen der 4 Seminartypen angeboten werden. Hierbei handelt es sich um einen Schätzwert auf Grundlage des Bedarfs der vergangenen Jahre. Eine Mindestabnahmeverpflichtung seitens der Auftraggeberin besteht nicht. Es ist vorgesehen, Rahmenverträge/ -vereinbarungen mit bis zu 20 Referenten/-innen abzuschließen. Bieter können in diesem Ausschreibungsverfahren Angebote für mehrere geeignete Referenten/-innen abgegeben.
