The buyer procures winter maintenance services as an external partner on federal and state roads, for the road maintenance depot Rehfelde in the eastern region (RB East), lot 4 covering roads. The services run for the winter periods 01.12.2026 to 31.03.2027, 01.11.2027 to 31.03.2028 and 01.11.2028 to 31.03.2029, with an option for 01.11.2029 to 31.03.2030. Per winter period, one winter service vehicle is required with roughly 44 or 55 hours monthly lump sum, including ploughing and spreading and waiting time.
