Description

Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt, die vollständige, ordnungsgemäße, ausfallsichere und nachweisbare Übernahme und Verwertung der auf seinen Kläranlagen anfallenden entwässerten Klärschlämme und Nassschlämme für den Zeitraum vom 01.01.2027 bis zum 31.12.2029 zu vergeben. Gegenstand des Auftrags ist die vollständige, ordnungsgemäße und nachweisbare Übernahme und Verwertung des auf den Kläranlagen des Auftraggebers anfallenden entwässerten Klärschlamms und Nassschlamms. Die Leistung umfasst - abhängig vom jeweiligen Verwertungsweg - insbesondere die Behältergestellung, Übernahme, Verladung, Mengenfeststellung, den Transport, eine gegebenenfalls erforderliche und zugelassene Zwischenlagerung, Behandlung und Verwertung, die Bewirtschaftung der Rückstände sowie Analytik, Gebühren, Anzeigen, Registerführung, Dokumentation und Nachweisführung. Die bodenbezogene beziehungsweise landwirtschaftliche Verwertung ist der vorrangige Verwertungsweg. Dies umfasst sowohl die unmittelbare Verwertung von Nassschlamm als auch - bei Vorliegen der Voraussetzungen nach Abschnitt 1.2 - die mobile Entwässerung mit anschließender bodenbezogener beziehungsweise landwirtschaftlicher Verwertung. Sämtliche Positionen des Abschnitts 2 sind ausschließlich Bedarfspositionen. Sie dürfen nur unter den in Abschnitt 2.1 festgelegten Voraussetzungen abgerufen werden. Die Leistung ist während der gesamten Vertragslaufzeit rechtssicher und ausfallsicher nach den jeweils geltenden abfall-, klärschlamm-, düngemittel-, bodenschutz-, immissionsschutz- und transportrechtlichen Vorschriften zu erbringen. Die Herstellung von Klärschlammgemischen bedarf der vorherigen Zustimmung des Auftraggebers in Textform.
