Description

Dämm- und Brandschutzarbeiten an technischen Anlagen (DIN 18 421); Das Stadtschloss Wiesbaden ist ein hochrangiges Denkmal, das vom Hessischen Landtag als Repräsentations- und Bürofläche genutzt wird. Der historische Bestand wird in Teilbereichen saniert und umgebaut mit dem Ziel, das Dachgeschoss wieder als vollwertige Bürofläche nutzen zu können. Hierzu ist eine Hausschwammsanierung im Bereich des DG, Umbaumaßnahmen im 2.OG und brandschutztechnische Ertüchtigungen im ganzen Gebäude sowie eine Neuinstallation der technischen Anlagen im KG erforderlich. Die nachfolgend beschriebenen Leistungen beinhalten Isolierarbeiten insbesondere Schallschutzmaßnahmen Übersicht der wesentlichen zu erbringenden Leistungen: - Herstellen Schallschutzschotten ca. 40 St. - Herstellen div. Brandschotte ca. 10 St.
