Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung im 2. Bauabschnitt sind die Dachabdichtungsarbeiten des bestehenden Schulgebäudes einschließlich der Turnhalle. Die Arbeiten umfassen die vollständige Erneuerung der Dachaufbauten. Die Dachkonstruktion der Schule wird durch die bestehende Massivdecke aus Stahlbeton über dem EG bzw. OG gebildet. Der weitere Aufbau ist wie folgt vorgesehen: - Dampfsperre (bituminös) - Grunddämmung und Gefälledämmung - Kunststoffdachbahn FPO 2mm mit Vliesunterlage Die Attikaanschlüsse werden über die Dachhaut hochgezogen und die Entwässerung wird als innenliegende Entwässerung ausgeführt. Im Zuge der Maßnahme wird zudem die bestehende Dachterrasse über dem Erdgeschoss erneuert. Das neue Vordach der Schule erhält eine extensive Dachbegrünung. Die Dachkonstruktion der Turnhalle wird durch ein bestehendes Trapezblech gebildet. Der Dachaufbau erfolgt analog zur Schule. Schule: - Ca. 1720 m² Dampfsperre G200 S4+ Al 0,1 - Ca. 1395 m² Wärmedämmung EPS 035 - Ca. 1720 m² FPO Dachabdichtung - Ca. 285 m Attikaabdeckung Besonderheiten: - Ca. 70 m² extensiver Begrünung - Ca. 135 m² Dachterrasse - Modulares Glasdach und Flachdachausstieg Turnhalle: - Ca. 640 m² Dampfsperre (Trapezblech) - Ca. 685 m² Wärmedämmung EPS 035 - Ca. 685 m² FPO Dachabdichtung - Ca. 125 m Attikaabdeckung
