Bei der auszuschreibenden Leistung handelt es sich um den Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrags über die Lieferung von Kanalgussartikeln für das Tiefbauamt und die Stadtentwässerung der Stadt Dortmund gemäß Leistungsbeschreibung Genaueres ist der Leistungsbeschreibung zu entnehmen. Bei der auszuschreibenden Leistung handelt es sich um den Abschluss eines Rah-menvertrags über die Lieferung von Kanalgussartikeln für das Tiefbauamt und die Stadtentwässerung der Stadt Dortmund gemäß Leistungsbeschreibung. Es handelt sich um einen Laufzeitvertrag, bei dem die Liefermengen der einzelnen Leistungspo-sitionen im Vorfeld nicht genau bestimmbar sind. Der genaue Auftragsgegenstand ergibt sich aus der Leistungsbeschreibung. Der Vertrag wird mit einer festen Laufzeit von einem Jahr abgeschlossen, sowie einer dreimaligen Verlängerungsoption um jeweils 1 weiteres Jahr.
