Description

Bei dem Bauvorhaben handelt es sich um die energetische Sanierung des gesamten Schulgebäudes der Grundschule St. Martin in Ochtendung. Die Baustelle befindet sich am Raiffeisenplatz 5, 56299 Ochtendung. Der Gebäudekomplex ist in drei Gebäudeteile gegliedert. Der linke Gebäudeteil beherbergt die Grundschule einschließlich Verwaltung. Das Gebäude verfügt über ein Untergeschoss sowie vier oberirdische Geschosse; das 3. Obergeschoss wird in Holzrahmenbauweise neu errichtet. Der Mitteltrakt stellt einen eingeschossigen Verbindungskörper dar und dient als neuer Eingangsbereich (Foyer/ überdachte Pausenhalle). Dieser Bereich ist ebenfalls unterkellert. Der rechte Gebäudetrakt ist nicht unterkellert und erstreckt sich bis in das 1. Obergeschoss. Im Erdgeschossbefindet sich eine Kindertagesstätte; das Obergeschoss wird von der Ganztagsschule genutzt. Das Projekt wird durch EFRE (Europäischer Fonds für regionale Entwicklung) gefördert. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist Sanitärtechnik.
