Description

Telekommunikationsanlage RFZ Bad Füssing-Passau Gegenstand des Vertrages ist die Lieferung einer Telekommunikationsanlage (TK-Anlage) für die beiden Standorte des Rehafachzentrums Bad Füssing-Passau, einschließlich der Herbeiführung der Betriebsbereitschaft durch den Auftragnehmer, sowie der Systemservice. Zur Erstellung dieses Systems und somit zum Projektziel gehört u.a. die vollständige Lieferung der Hard- und Software, die Installation der Komponenten sowie Inbetriebnahme und der spätere Systemservice. Im Rahmen der Erneuerung der TK-Anlagen in Bad Füssing und Passau stehen auch die Erneuerung der DECT-Anlagen an. Die Anschlusstechnik der existierenden DECT-Basisstationen hat sich weiterentwickelt in SIP DECT. Die DRV hat sich aus dem Grund der Zukunftsfähigkeit und einer mittel- bis langfristigen Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie entschlossen SIP-DECT-Lösung einzuführen und von einer traditionellen Lösung abzusehen. Die Klinikstandorte bestehen jeweils aus mehreren Gebäudeteilen, welche aus den beiliegenden Lageplänen zu entnehmen sind. Für beide Klinikstandorte ist eine TK-Anlage zu installieren. Es müssen an beiden Standorten grundsätzlich die gleichen Lösungskomponenten (Hard- und Software) sowie Endgeräte zum Einsatz kommen. Der Einbau der TK-Anlage erfolgt im laufenden Klinikbetrieb. Ziel beim Einbau der TK-Anlage ist u.a. die geringstmögliche Beeinträchtigung des Klinikbetriebs. Die Bereitstellung des Server-Betriebs kann auf Appliance und/oder in virtueller Umgebung realisiert werden. Die Laufzeit des Systemservices beträgt 48 Monate, mit der Option zur Verlängerung um ein weiteres Jahr. Der Systemservice beginnt mit dem Tag nach der Abnahme des Gesamtsystems. Da es sich um eine sicherheitsrelevante Maßnahme handelt, muss im Vorfeld die vollständig ausgefüllte und unterschriebene Vertraulichkeitserklärung bei der DRV Bayern Süd eingehen, die dem Teilnahmeunterlagen beiliegt.
