A framework agreement is to be concluded with one bidder for the provision of mobile telecommunications services. Entitled users are the 79 German Chambers of Commerce and Industry (IHKs), IHK Digital GmbH, IHK-GfI mbH and the DIHK, covering approximately 11,000 employees. IHK-GfI is the minimum purchaser with around 460 mobile SIM cards, with around 4,000 individual contracts among entitled users. The framework agreement runs for 36 months with a one-time 12-month extension option by IHK-GfI; individual contracts run for a maximum of 24 months as standard. Place of performance is Germany.
