Die Gesundheit Nord gGmbH (Klinikverbund Bremen), Kurfürstenallee 130, 28211 Bremen schreibt in einer europaweiten VgV Ausschreibung TK-Wartungsverträge aus. Die Ausschreibung wird als Teilnahmewettbewerb mit Verhandlungsverfahren in zwei Losen durchgeführt. Los 1: Klinikum Bremen-Mitte, Klinikum Bremen-Nord und Klinikum Bremen-Ost Los 2: Klinikum Links der Weser Im Rahmen der Wartung müssen folgende Leistungen erbracht werden: - Wartung, inkl. Softwarewartung der TK-Systeme, inkl. DECT - Session-Border-Controler - Voicemail - CTI - Patienten-Entertainmet, inkl. Bedside-Terminals - Alarmserver - Netzwerkkomponenten zur Verbindung der TK-Systeme - Server- & Storage-Systeme zur Virtualisierung und Datensicherung der TK-Systeme und Applikationen - Betrieb der Serversysteme, inkl. Betriebssystem - Remote Service 7x 24 x 365 - OnSite-Service - Patch-Management & Release-Management - Incident-Management Zusätzlich werden Leistungen als Kauf, Montage und Wartung zur Erweiterung bzw.
