Einrichtung eines hochwertigen Studios zur Produktion von internen und externen Videoinhalten - hier Studiotechnik Ziel des Projekts ist die Erneuerung und Modernisierung der medientechnischen Ausstattung eines multifunktionalen Veranstaltungsraums des AOK-Bundesverbands. Das Vorhaben soll eine zeitgemäße, zuverlässige und flexible Nutzung für folgende Formate ermöglichen: - Professionelle Presseveranstaltungen - Hochwertige Streaming-Formate - Hybride Sitzungen und Konferenzen - Diverse interne und externe Kommunikationsformate. Die neue Medientechnik hat eine exzellente Bild- und Tonqualität, eine intuitive Bedienbarkeit sowie einen stabilen und schlüsselfertigen Betrieb zu gewährleisten. Unterschiedliche Nutzungsszenarien müssen ohne aufwändige manuelle Umrüstungen unterstützt werden. Der Auftragnehmer erbringt sämtliche Leistungen, die für die fachgerechte Planung (Werks- und Montageplanung), Lieferung, Montage, Integration, Inbetriebnahme, Dokumentation, Einweisung sowie die abnahmefähige Übergabe der ausgeschriebenen medientechnischen Gesamtanlage erforderlich sind. Der Auftragnehmer schuldet die Übergabe eines betriebsfertigen Gesamtsystems.
