The buyer in Germany intends to conclude framework agreements for the supply and after-insulation of plastic jacket pipe systems in nominal sizes DN 20 to DN 700. A maximum of three framework contracts will be awarded. For each project, an internal cost calculation is carried out according to the agreed framework contract prices, and the order is placed with the most economically advantageous contractor. Prices are binding for at least 12 months from the start of the framework contract. Detailed requirements are set out in Annex 5, the technical specification.
