Description

Die Kath. Krankenhaus Hagen gem. GmbH beabsichtigt die Schließung des Krankenhauses Elsey mit seinen somatischen Abteilungen Chirurgie, Innere Medizin, HNO und Gynäkologie und die Umwandlung in eine Fachklinik für Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie. Ziel ist es, die psychiatrische Abteilung des Krankenhauses Hagen mit der vorhandenen Psychiatrie am Standort Elsey zusammenzulegen. Zur Realisierung dieser Maßnahme sind erhebliche Umplanungen und Umbaumaßnahmen erforderlich. Hierzu sind diverse Bauleistungen auszuschreiben und zu vergeben. Die beschriebene Maßnahme wird mit Mitteln aus dem Krankenhausstrukturfonds nach §§ 1ff. Krankenhausfinanzierungsgesetz (KHG) gefördert. Die Leistung umfasst folgende Abbrucharbeiten: Ausbau und Entsorgung: Einbau/Ausbauleuchten-60 Stück, vorh. Hängeschränke-25m, vorh. Hochschränke-30m, vorh. Unterschränke-25m Duschtassen-8 Stück, Badewannen-2 Stück, Sanitär- und Montageelemente-12 Stück, Handwaschbecken-45 Stück Türzargen-60 Stück, Türelemente-75 Stück, Aufnehmen von Wandfliesen-530qm Aufnehmen von Bodenbelägen-925qm, Stemmarbeiten-50m Die Leistung umfasst folgende Rohbauarbeiten: Maschinenputz-130qm, Bei- und Zumauern von Öffnungen-155 cbm, Herstellen von Schlitzen-250m, Montage der Stahlträger, Herstellen von Wandöffnungen, Vergrößerung von Türöffnungen
