Die Große Kreisstadt Dippoldiswalde, im Landkreis Sächsische Schweiz - Osterzgebirge, schreibt im Rahmen der Sanierung und Erweiterung der Oberschule Schmiedeberg die Rohbauarbeiten aus. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Errichtung eines Erweiterungsbaus einschließlich Verbindungsbau mit Aufzug. Die zu errichtende NGF beträgt ca. 2.100 m2. Ausgeschrieben werden Erd-, Gründungs-, Stahlbeton-, Mauerwerks-, Putz-, Abdichtungs- und Erschließungsarbeiten. Die Ausführung erfolgt bei laufendem Schulbetrieb. Während der Unterrichtszeiten sind erhöhte Anforderungen an die Baustellenorganisation sowie an die Begrenzung von Lärm- und Erschütterungseinwirkungen einzuhalten.
