Erd- und Betonarbeiten Der Neubau in der Großen Heerstraße in Pfullingen umfasst 40 Wohnungen sowie eine dreigruppige Kindertageseinrichtung. Auf einem massiven Erdge- schoss in Stahlbeton entstehen vier unterschiedlich hohe Wohngebäude in Massiv-Holzbauweise. Die Architektur setzt auf einfache, effiziente Grundrisse, übereinanderliegende Modulbäder und eine klare konstruktive Struktur. Die hinterlüfteten Holzfassaden erhalten eine Lasur, welche zur innenhofzuge- wandten Seite eine stärkere Farbgebung erhält. Ein aufgeständerter Lauben- gang erschließt alle Wohnungen und bietet durch Öffnungen und Begrünung Erschließungsfläche und Aufenthaltsfläche zugleich. Die Kindertageseinrich- tung im Erdgeschoss verfügt über einen geschützten Außenbereich zum 3/8 Kanal. Das Projekt verbindet funktionale, nachhaltige Holzbauweise mit einer klaren architektonischen Haltung und einem starken Fokus auf gemeinschaftli- che Räume und natürliche Materialien. Das Leistungsverzeichnis umfasst sämtliche Erd-, Tief- und Betonarbeiten für den Neubau eines fünfgeschossigen Wohngebäudes mit Kindertageseinrich- tung, ab 1.OG in Holzbausystemen. Dazu gehören die Baustelleneinrichtung auf einem schwierig zugänglichen Grundstück, umfangreiche Aushub- und Gründungsarbeiten, der Umgang mit teilweise mineralölbelasteten Böden, der Umbau und die Neuverlegung von Schmutz- und Regenwasserleitungen ein- schließlich Retentionsanlage sowie vollständige Grundleitungen unter dem Gebäude. Weiterhin beinhaltet es die Herstellung der Bodenplatte, aller Stahl- betonwände, Stützen, Unterzüge, Decken und Fertigteile einschließlich Sicht- betonbereichen. Ergänzend umfasst das LV die komplette Bewehrung mit zugehörigen Einbauteilen sowie sämtliche Prüf-, Dokumentations- und Revisi- onsleistungen.
