Description

Die Gemeinde Herzebrock-Clarholz beabsichtigt einen Rathaus-Neubau als Ersatz für das bisherige Rathaus zu errichten. Dieser Neubau soll auf dem aktuellen Rathaus-Grundstück mit rund 4.800 m² errichtet werden. Entsprechend des Klimaschutzkonzeptes der Gemeinde Herzebrock-Clarholz soll der Rathaus-Neubau mindestens dem Energiestandard KFW-40 entsprechen und klimaneutral im Betrieb sein. Die technische Ausstattung des Gebäudes soll diesen hohen ökologischen und wirtschaftlichen Anforderungen entsprechen. Der Fokus liegt auf einer betriebskosten-optimierten Planung. Tiefbauarbeiten inkl. Erdung- und Blitzschutz, Kanal- und Einlegearbeiten, Gerüstarbeiten, Stahlbetonarbeiten inkl. Fertigteile, Maurerarbeiten, Verblendarbeiten, BGF Hauptgeb. 3.544,70 m2, BRI 12.410,24 m3, BGF Nebengeb. 133,80 m2, BRI Nebengeb. 468,30 m3, Geschosse 4 + Kellergeschoss, Bauweise Massiv, Stahlbeton, Gründung Bodenplatte und Schottertragschicht
