Description

Aufgrund von Umstrukturierungen im Bereich Logistik und Betrieb am Flughafen Köln/Bonn ist ein neuer Standort für die Grenzkontrollstelle (nachfolgend GKS) auf dem westlichen Flughafen-Betriebsgelände erforderlich. Die Veterinärstation ist eine Grenzkontrollstelle (GKS), in der durch das Sachgebiet Grenzkontrollstelle des Umwelt- und Verbraucherschutzamtes, Lebensmittelüberwachung und Veterinärdienste der Stadt Köln Tiere und Produkte tierischen Ursprungs, aber auch Lebensmittel pflanzlicher Herkunft vor der Einfuhr in die EU untersucht werden, um die Einschleppung von Tierseuchen oder Gefahren für den Verbraucher zu verhindern. Bei dem Neubau handelt es sich also um ein Warenuntersuchungs- und Verwaltungsgebäude. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind Baustelleneinrichtung und Rohbau. Der geplante Neubau ist nicht unterkellert und besteht aus zwei Vollgeschossen, wobei das Erdgeschoss in Massiv- und das Obergeschoss in Holzbauweise errichtet wird. Die Tragkonstruktion entspricht der Skelettbauweise (Stahlbeton im EG, Holz im OG) mit aussteifenden Stahlbetonwänden. Nichttragende Innenwände werden im EG massiv (Mauerwerk) und im OG in Leichtbauweise (Trockenbau) hergestellt. Die Bodenplatte und die Geschossdecke über dem EG werden aus Stahlbeton, die Decke über dem OG (Flachdach) aus Massivholz hergestellt. Bruttogeschossfläche (BGF): ca. 2.800 m2 Bruttorauminhalt (BRI): ca. 13.290 m3 Nutzfläche (NF): ca. 2.230 m2 Lichte Raumhöhe EG: mind. ca. 2,50m Lichte Raumhöhe OG: mind. ca. 2,50m
