Description

Erd- und Rohbauarbeiten Neubau eines Lehrsaalgebäude in Holz-Hybridbauweise auf der Robert-Schuman-Kaserne in Müllheim Es handelt sich um ein 4-geschossiges Gebäude; 3VG + UG in Teilunterkelllerung, Flachdach. Abmessungen ca. 28 x 33m. Das Untergeschoss und das Erdgeschoss werden in Stahlbetonbauweise hergestellt, ebenso die aufgehenden Treppen und der Sanitärkern des 1. und 2. Obergeschoss und der Aufzugschacht. Die Decke über EG wird in Teilbereichen als Spannbetondecke realisiert. Die beiden Obergeschosse werden in Holzbau mit Holzmassivelementen ausgeführt. NUF-Nutzfläche ca. 1.459 m2 BGF Brutto Grundfläche ca. 3.243 m2 BRI Brutto Rauminhalt ca. 14.472 m3 Erdarbeiten: Erdaushub Baugrube ca. 3.200 m3 Bodenverbesserung ca. 1.400 m3 Überschüssiges Erdmaterial gem. bereits erfolgter In-Situ Beprobung ohne Haufwerksbildung abfahren und entsorgen Rohbauarbeiten: Stahlbeton Wände ca. 450 m3 Schalung Stahlbetonwände; ca. 3.650m2 Bodenplatten Stahlbeton 25-50; ca. 350 m3 Frischbetonverbundfolie ca. 1150m2 Stahlbetondecken 20-35cm; ca. 550 m3 Schalung Stahlbetondecken; ca. 1283 m2 Fertigteiltreppenläufe: 17 Stück
