Description

Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt den Neubau des Busbetriebshofs in Wörrstadt. Im Zuge dieses Projekts sollen befestige Abstellmöglichkeiten für insgesamt 50 Busse (davon ca. 10 Gelenkbusse) geschaffen werden. Bei allen Abstellmöglichkeiten ist eine Lademöglichkeit für Elektroladung der Busse vorzusehen. Zudem soll neben einer Bus-Waschstraße und einer Werkstatt auch ein Verwaltungsgebäude mit Büros, Sanitär- und Sozialräumen errichtet werden. Des Weiteren ist eine Betriebsleiterwohnung sowie Appartements für Fahrpersonal vorgesehen. Das Grundstück befindet sich in einem Gewerbegebiet und ist bereits erschlossen. Es liegt ein rechtsgültiger Bebauungsplan vor. Das Grundstück ist im Endzustand mit Hofschiebetoren bzw. Flügeltoren auszustatten. In diesem Zusammenhang vergibt der Auftraggeber das Gewerk VE 3010 - Rohbauarbeiten. Das Gewerk VE 3010 - Rohbauarbeiten umfasst folgende Teilleistungen: - Errichtung des Rohbaus inkl. Abdichtungsarbeiten und unter Berücksichtigung von bauseits gestellten Bauteilen, wie z.B. Prüfgruben, Waschanlagen usw. - Einlegearbeiten für Folgearbeiten von TGA-Gewerken - Dokumentation der täglichen Arbeit Die Einzelheiten sind der anliegenden Baubeschreibung sowie den Vergabeunterlagen nebst Anlagen zu entnehmen.
