Im Detail werden Flächen für Handwerksbetriebe, Co-Working, Büroflächen sowie wie ein Veranstaltungsbereich mit Gastronomie umgesetzt. Dieses Gewerk beinhaltet die Baumeisterarbeiten im Kopfbau, insbesondere dort anfallende Ortbeton- und KS-Mauerwerksarbeiten.
