Description

Bei dem vorliegenden Bauvorhaben handelt es sich um den Neubau einer Wohnanlage für Studierende und Auszubildende, bestehend aus 3 Wohngebäuden und gemeinsamer Tiefgarage. Die Baustelle befindet sich im Baugebiet am Waidesgrund (Baufeld 6), Dr. Walter Lübke Straße 36037 Fulda. Insgesamt wird Wohnraum für 173 Studierende und Auszubildende geschaffen. Die Tiefgarage wird von der Kopfseite Haus C über eine kurze Rampe erschlossen. Gesucht wird der Auftragnehmer für das Gewerk Rohbauarbeiten. Zu errichten sind drei Gebäude mit gemeinsamer Tiefgarage. Die Bodenplatten des Untergeschosses sowie die Tiefgaragenwände werden in WU-Beton hergestellt. Die Tragkonstruktion des Gebäudes wird in Stahlbeton und KS-Mauwerk ausgeführt. Die Innenwände werden zum Teil in KS-Mauerwerk, in Stahlbeton und in Trockenbau erstellt. Alle Decken und Treppen sind als Stahlbetonbauteile vorgesehen. Die oberste Decke wird als Flachdach mit entsprechender Dachabdichtung ausgebaut. Treppenhaus Z wird im Bereich des Aufzugs und die Außenwände des TRH Z werden beidseitig aus Sichtbeton hergestellt. BRI gesamt: ca. 27.573,10 m2, BGF gesamt: ca. 8.405,59 m2. Die Gründung erfolgt aufgrund des ungenügend tragfähigen Baugrundes über Rüttelstopfsäulen.
