Description

Hochstraßensystem Ludwigshafen, Ersatzneubau Hochstraße Nord - C-Tunnel - BA2 Verstärkung Blk18-22. Die Verstärkung der Decke wird auf die bestehende Tunneldecke aufgebracht. Im Rahmen der Erneuerung der Hochstraße Nord B 44, wird eine Deckenverstärkung der Blöcke 18-22 des C-Tunnels erforderlich. Die Verstärkung der Decke wird auf die bestehende Tunneldecke aufgebracht. Hierzu muss die Tunneldecke zwischen den Blöcken 18-22 vollständig freigelegt werden und der Schutzbeton und die Abdichtung sind zu beseitigen. Der Verbund zwischen Bestandsdecke und Deckenverstärkung wird über eine Verdübelung zwischen beiden Abschnitten sichergestellt. Die Längsbewehrung der Decke wird durch Einbohren der Bewehrung im Bestandsbauwerk mit Injektionsmittel verankert. Nach dem Einbau der Bewehrung wird hierauf eine 40 cm Decke erstellt. Die Decke bekommt eine Abdichtung und 10 cm starken Schutzbeton. Nach Abschluss der Deckenverstärkung sind die Baugruben mit geeignetem Material aufzufüllen und fachgerecht zu verdichten.
