Description

Erweiterter Rohbau Die DBFZ Deutsches Biomassenforschungszentrum gemeinnützige GmbH beabsichtigt eine Neubauhalle zur Errichtung und den Betrieb einer Versuchs- und Forschungsanlage zur Herstellung von synthetischen Biogas auf der Erweiterungsfläche des Betriebsgeländes, in der Torgauer Str. 116, 04347 Leipzig zu errichten. Die Vergabe "Erweiterte Rohbau" umfasst den folgenden Umfang: Gerüstarbeiten Standgerüst, AH ab 3,50 m, ca. 100 m² Erdarbeiten Abbruch und Abfallentsorgung von Bau- und Abbruchabfälle Bodenaushub, ca. 650 m³ / 564 t Baugrube herstellen, ca. 3.297 m³ Tragfähige Boden liefern einbauen, ca. 2.460 m³ Verlegung Grundrohrleitungen, ca. 140 m Rohbauarbeiten Fundamenterdung, ca. 930 m Fundament Halle und Außenfundamente herstellen, ca. 2.000 m³ Bodenabläufe herstellen, ca. 9 Stk. Bodenplattenversprünge Halle Produktionsbereich herstellen, ca. 57 m³ Perimeterdämmung, ca. 884 m² Ortbeton Deckenplatten herstellen, ca. 40 m³ Mauerwerksarbeiten Innenwand, ca. 155 m² Stahlbauarbeiten Stahlkonstruktion Hallenrahmen, ca. 89 t Stahlkonstruktion Vordach, ca. 7 t Trapezblech als Vordacheindeckung, ca. 344 m² Stahl- und Metallbau Außentreppe Metallbau Innentreppe Schwerlastgitterroste Rinnensystem Bodenplatte, ca. 65 m² Gitterrost begehbar, ca. 80 m² Gittertrennwandsystem Innen, ca. 100 m² Dacharbeiten Trapezblech als Dach, ca. 1.020,00 m² Trapezblech, Dachausschnitt herstellen, ca. 6 Stk. Dampfsperrbahn selbstklebend, ca. 1.020,00 m² Wärmedämmschicht Flachdach PS-Hartschaum, ca. 1.020,00 m² Drän- und Wasserspeicherelement, ca. 1.020,00 m² Extensivsubstrat für Schrägdach, ca. 883 m² Lichtband, ca. 6 Stk. Motoröffner für LB-Klappe Blitzschutzanlage Fassadenarbeiten Sandwichpaneele, ca. 1934 m² inkl. Fensterelemente und Außentüren Sektionaltore, ca. 2 Stk.
