Tiefbauarbeiten, Freianlagen Die Deutsche Biomasseforschungszentrum gGmbH (DBFZ) plant den Neubau der Forschungshalle Pilot-SBG auf einer derzeit unbebauten Fläche an der Torgauer Straße. Das Areal des DBFZ liegt in Leipzig, Ortsteil Paunsdorf. Die vorliegende Leistungsbeschreibung umfasst die Tiefbauarbeiten (Leitungsbau, Straßenbau) sowie den Freianlagenbau auf dem unbebauten Gelände sowie auf dem Bestandgelände des DBFZ. Der Leitungsbau ist mit dem Einbau der technischen Anlagen der Außenanlagen und dem entsprechendem AN Bau zu koordinieren. Umfang der Leistung: • 1.400 m³ Erdbewegungen • 1.500 m³ Leitungsgräben (750 m Leitungslänge, mehrere Leitungen nebeneinander) o Für Medien: Abwasser, Gas, Elt, Warmwasser, Kaltwasser, Kühlwasser, LWL, technische Gase, Mastgruben o Hochdruck in Bitumen/ PE o Baubegleitende Kampfmittelräumung (visuelle Beobachtung) o Vermessung der Leitungslage und -höhe • 2.450 m² Asphaltbau (ADS+ABi+ATS, Halbstarre Decke, Dränasphalt) inkl. Unterbau und Planum • 320 m² Pflasterbau inkl. Unterbau • 350 m² Versickerungsmulde • 100 m² Betonrückbau • 25 m² Bankett • 1.450 m² Rasenansaat • 18x Kabelschächte • 3x Kanalschacht DN 600 • 3x Uponalschacht DN 400 • 75 m Sickerstrang mit Sickerrohr, Geotextil inkl. Traufstreifen aus Grobkies • 120 m Betontiefbord • 55 m Betonhochbord inkl. Absenker • 20 m Schwerlast-Dränagerinne • 16 m Kabelkanal • 14 m Wasserleitsteine • 130 m Markierungsarbeiten • 33 m Zaunanlage aus Doppelstabmatten • 4x Schiebetor, 1x Zugangstor • 16x Rammschutzpoller • 11x Verkehrszeichen inkl.
