Los 3 Massivbauarbeiten - Rohbau Das Baufeld befindet sich auf dem Campus der Europaschule Hagenow, Kießener Ring. Der geplante Neubau der Dreifeldsporthalle wird als Massivbau mit Flachdach erstellt. Aufgrund des Flächenbedarfes an dem Standort, zur Einhaltung der Abstandsflächen sowie aus städtebaulicher Sicht, wird das Gebäude mit ca. 4,50 m Tiefe unter OK Gelände errichtet. Die angrenzende städtebauliche Umgebung des Gebäudestandortes ist geprägt von mehrgeschossiger Wohnbebauung sowie den bestehenden Schul- und Bildungsbauten, mit der kürzlich neu errichten Europaschule, einem Hortgebäude und der Kindertagesstätte „Regenbogenland“.
