Description

Bei der Baumaßnahme handelt es sich um Neubauten von zwei Unterkunftsgebäuden in der Löwensteinkaserne in Aachen. Sie gehört zu den Liegenschaften, die der BLB NRW NL Bundesbau für die BImA betreut und bearbeitet. Die Baukörper sind langgezogene, nicht unterkellerte dreigeschossige Riegel. Als oberer Abschluss wird ein Satteldach mit einer Neigung von 30° aufgesetzt. Im Dachraum werden Lüftungsleitungen verlegt, ansonsten bleibt das Geschoss ungenutzt. Die Gebäude werden in Massivbauweise errichtet. Der Dachstuhl wird aus einer Zimmermannskonstruktion aufgesetzt und mit Dachsteinen eingedeckt. Die Außenwände werden aus Stahlbeton hergestellt. Sie erhalten ein Wärmedämmverbundsystem. Die Fassade wird im Bereich des Erdgeschosses mit Klinkerriemchen verkleidet . Die restliche Fläche wird mit Scheibenputz versehen. Rohbau
