VE 003 Erd- und Rohbauarbeiten Der Neubau der Cleantech Innovation Park GmbH ist die zweite Baumaßnahme auf dem Campus, an der Michelinstraße in Hallstadt. Das Grundstück ist über die naheliegende A70 bzw. die A73 ab Autobahnkreuz Bamberg gut erreichbar. Das Gebäude ist als viergeschossiger Baukörper ohne Unterkellerung in einer Holz-Hybridbauweise inkl. vorgesetztem Stahlbau geplant. Maximale Gebäudeabmessungen: - max. Gebäudehöhe 16.30m ü. FFB EG (±0.00 = 247,80 ü. NHN) - Gebäudeausdehnung: 41,65m x 26,65m - Geschosshöhen von 3,74m bis 4,25m und 7,48m - BGF ca. 3.650m² Die Leistung des AN umfasst die kompletten Erd-, und Rohbauarbeiten einschl. technischer Anlagen: Erdarbeiten (Baugrube, Rohrgräben) Kanalarbeiten (Grundleitungen, Schächte) Betonarbeiten (Bodenplatte, Decke, Wände, Fundamente) Abdichtungs- und Dämmarbeiten Betonfertigteiltreppen ca. 1.200 m³ Bodenaushub Baugruben ca. 300 m³ Tragschotterschicht d=30-50 cm, Kies-Sand-Gemisch unter Bodenplatten ca. 810 m² Trennlage PE- Folie ca. 1.000 m² Sauberkeitsschicht Bodenplatte, unbewehrt C8/1 X0, d= 5 cm ca. 285 m² Bitumendickbeschichtung auf erdberührten Außenwänden ca. 770 m² Abdichtung auf Bodenplatten, W1.1-E Polymerbitumen- Schweißbahn ca. 900 m² Perimeterdämmung, XPS, 0,040 W/mK, d=16 cm ca. 40 m³ Frostriegel, Stahlbeton, C25/30 XC3 XF1 WF ca. 60 m³ Bodenplatte, Stahlbeton, C25/30 XF1 XC3 D 25-50cm ca. 13 m³ Bodenplatte, Stahlbeton C25/30 XF1 XC3 D 75-100cm ca. 160 m³ Bodenplatte, Stahlbeton C25/30 XF1 XC3 D 15-20cm ca. 105 m³ Bodenplatte, Magerbeton Verfüllungen 2 Stk.
