Beton Rohbauarbeiten für den Neubau der Kindertagesstätte in Brande-Hörnerkirchen Das geplante Bauvorhaben umfasst den Neubau einer eingeschossigen Kindertagesstätte in Brande-Hörnerkirchen. Das Gebäude wird als Gebäudeklasse 3 und als ungeregelter Sonderbau gemäß § 2 Abs. 4 Nr. 12 LBO errichtet. Die tragenden Außen- und Innenwände werden in Kalksandsteinmauerwerk ausgeführt. Die Außenwände erhalten eine zweischalige Konstruktion mit Kerndämmung und Verblendmauerwerk. Die Gründung erfolgt über Stahlbetonfundamente und eine Stahlbetonbodenplatte. Die Geschossdecke wird als Stahlbetondecke hergestellt. Das Dach wird als Satteldach mit unterschiedlichen Dachneigungen in Holzbinderkonstruktion ausgeführt und mit Trapezblech eingedeckt. Das Gebäude erhält Kunststoff-/Aluminiumfenster sowie Holztüren. Die Beheizung erfolgt über eine Luft-Wasser-Wärmepumpe mit Speicher. Weiterhin werden eine Lüftungsanlage sowie eine Photovoltaikanlage auf dem Dach vorgesehen. Die Außenanlagen umfassen Stellplätze, Fahrradabstellanlagen sowie Spiel- und Freiflächen. Gegenstand dieses Leistungsverzeichnisses sind die Beton- und Maurerarbeiten einschließlich der zugehörigen Dämm-, Abdichtungsund Verblendmauerwerksarbeiten gemäß Statik und Ausführungsplanung
