Rohbauarbeiten Neubau Schulzentrum Deggendorf BA 5.1 Neubau der gewerblich technischen Berufsschule I - Teil 2 BGF : ca. 5.000 m² Gründung mit Einzel- und Streifenfundamenten, sowie Frostschürzen und einer nicht tragenden Bodenplatte, teilweise entkoppelt und teilweise als WU Konstruktion auszuführen. Gruben und Zugschächte als WU-Konstruktion. Außenwände Erdgeschoss als Thermowände (Halbfertigteile) darüber Ortbe-tonsturz teilweise mit Sichtbetonanforderung (SB2), Außenwände 1.OG und 2.OG als Ortbetonwände. Innenwände als Doppelwände, Kleinbereiche mit wandartigen Trägern. Wände im EG teilweise mit Sichtbetonanforderung (SB2). Decken als Filigrandecken in den Stärken 20cm bis 28cm. Unterzüge teils als Halbfertigteile, teils aus Ortbeton. Unterzüge im EG teilweise mit Sicht-betonanforderung (SB2) Rückbau von Teilen der Bestandsfassade zum Anschluss an den Bestand. Rückbau der Fassadenbekleidung zum späteren bauseitigen Wiedereinbau.
