Description

Gegenstand der Leistung im Rahmen der Kampfmittelsondierung durch ein befähigtes Unternehmen gemäß § 10 (2) Kampfmittelverordnung Hamburg (KampfmittelVO) ist es, eine baubegleitende Oberflächensondierung des Baugrundes auf Verdachtsflächen im Sinne von § 1 Abs. 4 KampfmittelVO bei Tiefbauarbeiten Dritter vorzunehmen. Die baubegleitende Kampfmittelsondierung in eigener Verantwortung des Auftragnehmers, dient der frühzeitigen Erkennung und Beseitigung von Gefahren durch Kampfmittel, der Verhinderung von Kampfmittelverlagerungen und der Verhinderung der Überbauung kampfmittelbelasteter Bereiche. Der Auftragnehmer hat deshalb die einschlägigen Maßnahmen vorzunehmen, soweit diese zur Verhinderung von Gefahren und Schäden durch Kampfmittel bei der Durchführung der Bauarbeiten in Sinne von § 6 Abs. 2 KampfmittelVO erforderlich sind.
