Die Leistung ist zu erbringen für den Zeitraum 01.11.2026 bis 31.10.2028 mit einer dreimaligen optionalen Verlängerung um jeweils ein Jahr und gliedert sich in nachfolgende Teilgebiete: Eigenverantwortliche Besetzung eines gestellten RTW für den Grundbedarf und Stellung eines Rettungswagenstandorts für einen RTW 24 Std pro Tag, 7 Tage pro Woche im Bereich Remscheid-Lüttringhausen 1. Preis Grundbedarf (Personal) für 1 RTW pro Jahr zur Durchführung von Notfallrettung und Krankentransporten, Anforderungen an das Personal: siehe für die Einzelheiten in der Leistungsbeschreibung 2. Preis und Qualität bei Gestellung eines Rettungswagenstandortes pro Jahr, Anforderungen an den Rettungswagenstandort: Gebäude und Infrastruktur, Technische Versorgung und Ausfallsicherheit, Fahrzeug- und Materialverfügbarkeit, Sicherheit und Resilienz, Betriebsorganisation, Einhaltung der DIN 13049 und 13277, keine wesentlichen funktionellen Einschränkungen auch bei längerem Stromausfall, Anschluss an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz
