Description

Der Norddeutsche Rundfunk (NDR) betreibt an seinen Betriebsstätten Hamburg Lokstedt diverse haustechnische Raumlufttechnische Anlagen. Für die Wartung und Instandhaltung dieser Anlagen beabsichtigt der NDR, einen Rahmenvertrag mit einem Wirtschaftsteilnehmer abzuschließen. Die Gesamtleistung beinhaltet folgenden Anlagen: - 1300 Brandschutzklappen - 43 lufttechnische Vollklimaanlagen unterschiedlicher Hersteller - ca. 145 Kleinanlagen/Abluftanlagen/Umluftkühlgeräte Gegenstand der Leistung ist die Wartung und Inspektion der aufgeführten lufttechnischen Anlagen, die der Auftragnehmer zu einem Pauschalpreis für die gesamte Laufzeit erbringt.
