Dachwartung, Gründachwartung, Wartung Absturzsicherung und Instandsetzungsarbeiten auf dem Campus der RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau, Standort Kaiserslautern - Sichtprüfung und Reinigung der Be- und Entlüftungsöffnungen, Durchdringungen, Dachabläufe, Gullys und Notüberläufe, Dachrinnen und Regenwasserfallleitungen, Fallrohren, Fluchtbalkonen, Flachdächern (außer Bekiesungsflächen) - Instandsetzung und Notreparaturmaßnahmen an den aufgeführten Anlagen - Entfernung von Fremdbewuchs auf den Bekiesungsflächen - Dokumentation Die erste Terminierung/ Wartung/ Reinigung hat unmittelbar nach Beauftragung zu erfolgen. Die Wartung/ Reinigung soll im Frühjahr und im Herbst ausgeführt werden. genaue Beschreibung siehe Leistungsbeschreibung und Arbeitskarten; - Pflege der Dachbegrünung inkl. Düngung und Bewässerung - Entfernung Fremdbewuchs / unerwünschte Pflanzen - Überprüfung und Reinigung der Entwässerungseinrichtungen - Kontrolle und Dokumentation der ges. Dachbegrünung halbjährlich Die erste Terminierung/ Wartung/ Reinigung hat unmittelbar nach Beauftragung zu erfolgen. Die Wartung/ Reinigung soll im Frühjahr und im Herbst ausgeführt werden.; - Durchführung der Wiederkehrenden Prüfung der Anschlageinrichtungen - Anfertigen des Prüfberichts / Dokumentation - Überprüfung der Seilanlage und ggf. Nachspannen - Instandsetzung der Anlagen, u.a. Tätigkeiten jährlich Die Wartung und Prüfung LOS 3 hat im laufenden Kalenderjahr zu erfolgen.
