Description

Betriebsführung und Instandhaltung der Straßenbeleuchtung in der Stadt Andernach Gegenstand der Vergabe ist die Vergabe der Betriebsführung und der Instandhaltung der Straßenbeleuchtung in Andernach. Der bisherige Betriebsführungs- und Instandhaltungsvertrag ist beendet. Mit dem aktuellen Betriebsführer besteht eine Interimslösung bis zur Beendigung dieses Vergabeverfahrens. Bieter haben sich darauf einzustellen, dass sich noch 20 Straßenbeleuchtungs-Schaltstellen und -Zähler in Mittelspannungsanlagen des örtlichen Verteilnetzbetreibers Stadtwerke Ander-nach Energie GmbH (SWA-E) befinden. Zugang sowie Arbeiten in diesen Schaltstellen sind ausschließlich in Begleitung von Mitarbeitern der SWA-E möglich. Für die grundsätzliche Zu-gangsberechtigung müssen die vor Ort eingesetzten Mitarbeiter zunächst sämtliche Voraussetzungen einer "Elektrofachkraft" (hier insbesondere: einschlägiger Ausbildungsberuf mit Kenntnissen und Erfahrungen) erfüllen. SWA-E behält sich vor, entsprechende Nachweise (zum Beispiel Gesellenbrief, Fortbildungsnachweise) anzufordern. Derzeit gibt es in der Stadt Andernach ca. 4.500 Leuchtstellen. Mit Vertragsbeginn werden nur noch wenige Leuchten (vorwiegend Seilleuchten) keine LED-Leuchten sein. Die Vertragslaufzeit beläuft sich auf 48 Monate. Eine zweimalige Verlängerung der Vertragslaufzeit um je 24 Monate wird zugelassen. Weitere Einzelheiten finden sich in den weiteren Vergabeunterlagen und der Leistungsbeschreibung.
