The municipal utilities Stadtwerke Herne AG and Stadtwerke Witten GmbH, based in Herne and Witten in Germany, are seeking a framework agreement for the replacement of electricity, gas and water meters. As the metering point operators, they are responsible for numerous meters in their respective cities. The scope of work covers the entire meter replacement process, from planning through implementation, including appointment coordination with customers, timely execution and proper documentation of each replacement. The procurement is carried out by two public utilities as joint buyers under a framework contract.
