Das Max-Planck-Institut für Biophysik verfügt über eine hochmoderne Ausstattung an Elektronenmikroskopen, deren technische und wissenschaftliche Unterstützung den Nutzer neue Einblicke in biologische Strukturen und molekulare Mechanismen ermöglicht. Die Aufgabe der Zentralen Elektronenmikroskopie-Einrichtung ist es, Forscher der Max-Planck-Institute für Biophysik und für Hirnforschung bei ihren elektronenmikroskopischen Projekten zu unterstützen. Für die Wartung / techn. Service der hochmodernen Elektronenmikroskope des Herstellers "FEi Deutschland GmbH - a part of Thermo Fisher Scientific" am Max-Planck-Institut für Biophysik wurde nun für die Jahre 2026 -2028 ein Servicevertrag geschlossen.
