Universitätsmedizin Greifswald in Germany intends to award a logistics service for managing its surgical instrument stock via an EU-wide competitive dialogue. The contract covers maintenance, repair, repair replacement or exchange and loan of medical devices, including transport logistics, at the Greifswald, Wolgast and Karlsburg sites. The contractor collects defective instruments and sends them to the manufacturers for servicing. Best available market conditions must be passed on transparently, prioritising existing Sana EL framework agreements. Bidders without Sana EL access must show equivalent alternative procurement routes.
